1955 6T TRIUMPH MOTOR FOR SALE

I HAVE THE COMPLETE MOTOR AND I BELIEVE A BSA TRANS (NOT SURE). IM ASKING $1000 FOR THE PAIR.

ALL I KNOW ABOUT THE MOTOR IS IT NEEDS TO BE REBUILT. THE PISTONS THAT WERE IN IT WERE SHOT AND ONE OF THE ROD END BUSHING ARE LOOSE IN THE ROD. AND THE DISTRIBUTOR TIMING GEAR AND SOME CHIPPED TEETH. OTHER THAN THAT IT APPEARS CLEAN INSIDE AND TURNS OVER FREELY. I REALLY DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE TRANS OTHER THAN ITS RUST FREE ON THE INSIDE AND TURNS OVER.

ALL IVE DONE WITH IT WAS LOOK INSIDE AND PAINT THE CAST IRON SO IT LOOKED GOOD ON MY BENCH.

BSA VICTOR TEAR DOWN

I took the Victor out on a baby ride to try her out and ended up burning the exhaust valve. Turned out the manual compression release cable hung up on held the valve open. DAMN IT! Im not too bummed since i wanted to tear the whole motor down to make sure everything was 100%. A valve is easy.

I just got it running for a friends kid. Its been sitting forever but didn't need very much. Its a rad little scoot. I wish it was mine. Or at least steal the tank off it for my sporty. All these old dirt bikes had so much character. Now their all just the some plastic with different stickers.
