I need to do something with the backround. It looks kinda blonde on the bike. I'm thinking of recessing it some more and finding kind of a translucent dark paint that will stay on there. It got late last night so I just slapped it on the bike and called it good for the day. I took a bunch of step by step pics but for what ever reason my phone or blogger will only post 1 out of 10 things I try to post.
If it were me... I'd polish the flat surfaces, then get some candy rattle can lime green enamel (hobby shops have a grip) mask off the polished portion and shoot the candy (not heavy) over the recessed area..let dry a couple days, then a couple coats of clear...call it done.
I message pix from my phone to my e-mail, save on my hard drive, then upload them to Blogger from there. This way you can u/l as many as you want.
Not yet. Been perverted by other things on the bike. Going with the Tracker look and been trying to figure out how to make my new fender struts work with putting shocks back on the bike.
Dude, that rocks! What did you use? Are you going to darken the recessed area, and polish the surface?
